How do I cancel, and what happens to my data?
You can cancel at any time from Settings and then Billing, or by emailing support.
How cancellation works
Cancellation takes effect immediately, which means no further charges are made. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, or until the end of your term on an annual plan, so you do not lose the time you already paid for.
What happens to your data
Cancelling ends your subscription, but it does not delete your account. Your chats, your creatives, and your connected account all stay in place, and you can resubscribe later and pick up where you left off.
If you want everything removed
If you also want to remove your data entirely, delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes it. Cancelling and deleting are two separate actions, so choose the one that matches what you want.
