Can I get a refund?

Whether a refund is available depends on your plan.

Annual plans

Annual plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can get a full refund within the first 14 days, as long as your usage stayed minimal. Specifically, that means fewer than 50,000 Mark Tokens consumed and fewer than 5 creatives created. Going past either threshold, or past the 14 days, ends refund eligibility.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are not refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time on a monthly subscription.

Cancelling

To cancel, go to Settings and then Billing, or email support. Cancellation takes effect immediately, with no further charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. On an annual plan, you keep access until the end of your 12-month term.
