Can I get a refund?

Whether a refund is available depends on your plan.

Annual plans

Annual plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. You can get a full refund within the first 14 days, as long as your usage stayed minimal - specifically, fewer than 50,000 Mark Tokens consumed. Going past that threshold, or past the 14 days, ends refund eligibility.

Monthly plans

Monthly plans are not refundable. There are no partial refunds for unused time on a monthly subscription.

Extra tokens

One-time token purchases are not refundable. They stay valid for 12 months from purchase and are used after your plan tokens.

Cancelling

To cancel, go to Settings and then Plan & Billing, or email support. Cancellation takes effect immediately, with no further charges, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period. On an annual plan, you keep access until the end of your 12-month term.

One important note: deleting your account while a subscription is active cancels the subscription immediately, without a refund for remaining time. If you just want to stop paying, cancel the subscription and keep the account.
