Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs all billing, cancellation, and refund matters related to your use of the OperatorMark platform and services (collectively, the “Service”). This Policy is part of, and subject to, our Terms of Service. By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Free Trial
OperatorMark offers a complimentary trial period so you can evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription.
- All new users receive a 7-day free trial upon account creation.
- The trial may be extended to 10 days if you successfully complete the onboarding process, at our sole discretion.
- No credit card or payment information is required to start your free trial.
- Your free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. You must actively select a plan and enter payment information to continue using the Service after your trial ends.
- When your trial expires, your account enters a limited state with restricted access to features until you upgrade to a paid plan.
- We reserve the right to deny free trial access to accounts associated with ad accounts that have been used in previous free trials by other accounts on our platform. This measure exists to prevent abuse of the trial system.
2. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions provide flexible, pay-as-you-go access to OperatorMark.
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the beginning of each billing period.
- You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period.
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods after cancellation.
Example: If you cancel on day 15 of a monthly subscription, you retain full access until the end of day 30 (or the end of that billing cycle), and no further charges are made.
3. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions offer a discounted rate in exchange for a 12-month commitment.
- Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for a full 12-month term.
- You may cancel your annual subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of your 12-month term.
- You will not be charged for subsequent annual terms after cancellation.
Refund Window for Annual Subscriptions
- A full refund is available within the first 14 days of your annual subscription purchase, provided your account has had minimal usage during that period.
- “Minimal usage” is defined as: fewer than 50,000 Mark Tokens consumed AND fewer than 5 creatives created or generated through the Service.
- If your usage exceeds either of these thresholds within the 14-day window, you are not eligible for a refund.
- After 14 days from the date of purchase, no refund is available regardless of usage.
- If a refund is issued, your access to the Service is revoked immediately.
4. How to Cancel
We make it straightforward to cancel your subscription at any time.
- You can cancel your subscription through the OperatorMark app by navigating to Settings > Billing.
- Alternatively, you can cancel by emailing support@operatormark.com with the email address associated with your account.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately—no further charges will be made.
- Your access continues until the end of your current billing period (monthly) or annual term (annual).
- Upon cancellation, your data remains intact and accessible until the end of your paid period. After your paid period ends, your account enters a limited state.
5. Requesting a Refund
If you hold an eligible annual subscription, you may request a refund by following the process below.
- To request a refund, email support@operatormark.com within 14 days of your annual subscription purchase.
- Include the email address associated with your account and your reason for the refund request.
- We will verify your usage against the minimal usage thresholds described in Section 3 above.
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
6. Changes to Pricing
We may adjust subscription pricing from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, market conditions, or operating costs.
- You will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days before they take effect.
- Price changes apply at your next renewal and are never applied mid-period.
- If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before your next renewal to avoid being charged at the updated rate.
