How do I disconnect Meta or delete my data?

You have two levels of removal, and they do different things, so pick the one that matches what you want.

Disconnect Meta

From Settings > Integrations, disconnect Facebook. This revokes Mark's access to your Facebook account and removes your connected ad account data from Mark's systems, while keeping your Mark account intact. Your saved items - creatives, media, chats, and pinned audiences, pixels, and lead forms - stay in place, so if you reconnect later (or connect a different Facebook account), you pick up right where you left off. Use this when you want to cut the Meta link but keep your account.

Delete your account

From Settings > Account, permanently delete your account. This removes all of your data, including your profile, your chat history, your creative files, your authentication records, and all connected platform data. Data is removed from our active systems immediately and fully deleted within 30 days. Use this when you want everything gone.

Good to know

Deletion is permanent, so it cannot be undone. If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your account cancels it immediately and no refund is issued for remaining time - you will be asked to confirm this before the deletion goes through. If you only want to stop paying, cancel your subscription instead and your data stays until the end of your paid period.
