Is my data safe? What does Mark store?

Updated Jul 5, 20261 min read

Mark stores what it needs to run your ads, and protects it carefully.

What Mark keeps

This includes your account details, your business profile, your chat history, your creative files, ad performance metrics, and data pulled from your connected Meta account, such as ad accounts, audiences, pixels, and lead forms.

How it is protected

  • Your Meta access tokens are encrypted at rest, and kept only until you disconnect or delete your account.
  • Payment details are never stored on Mark's servers. They are handled by our payment processor.
  • Different data types have defined retention periods. For example, weekly reports are kept for 12 months and usage records for 24 months.

How to remove it

You have two levels of control. You can disconnect Meta any time from Integrations, which clears your Facebook data. Or you can delete your account from Settings, which permanently removes all of your data.

For the full details, see our Privacy Policy.
