My Meta account won't connect

If connecting to Meta fails, or the wrong things show up after connecting, work through these steps in order. Most connection problems come down to which profile you used and what role it has.
Steps to try
- Use the right profile. Log in with the Facebook profile that has admin access to the ad account, not a personal profile without a role.
- Check your roles. You need admin rights on the ad account and the Page in Meta Business settings.
- Approve all permissions. If you skipped any during the Facebook prompt, disconnect and reconnect, and approve them all this time.
- Clear a security checkpoint. If Meta is showing a security prompt, complete it on Facebook first, then try again.
- Try reconnecting. Disconnect in Integrations, then connect again from scratch.
