My Meta ad account was disabled, can Mark fix it?

Updated Jul 5, 20261 min read

No. An account restriction or disable is a Meta decision, and only Meta can lift it. While your account is disabled, Mark cannot create or change ads, because Meta has blocked activity on the account.

How to resolve it

  1. Check Meta Business settings or your email for the reason Meta gave.
  2. Follow Meta's process to request a review or appeal the decision.
  3. Once Meta restores the account, return to Mark and continue as normal.

This is separate from Mark

Your Mark account, your data, and your campaigns are all unaffected by a Meta disable. Nothing is lost on the Mark side, and everything will work again as soon as Meta re-enables the ad account.

Because this is entirely on Meta's side, the fastest path is always to resolve it directly with Meta rather than waiting or reconnecting repeatedly.
