Do tokens pay for my Facebook ad spend?

No, and this is the single most important thing to understand about billing. There are two separate costs, and they never mix.
The two costs
- Mark tokens are what you pay OperatorMark to use Mark's AI, such as chatting and generating creative. These come with your plan.
- Ad spend is the budget your ads actually spend. This is charged directly by Meta to the payment method on your Meta ad account.
What this means in practice
Mark never pays your ad spend and never moves that money. As our Terms put it, "all advertising costs are charged directly by the respective platform (e.g., Meta/Facebook)." You set and approve every budget, and Meta bills you for it separately.
So running out of tokens limits Mark's AI features, but it never touches your live ads. And your ad budget on Meta has no effect on your token balance. Keeping these two clear saves a lot of confusion.
