What happens when I run out of tokens?

When you have used your token allowance, Mark's AI features are limited until your next billing period begins or you add more. In practice, that means you cannot chat, generate creative, or run AI analysis until you top up or the period resets.

Nothing is lost

Your account, your campaigns, and your data are all unaffected. Nothing is deleted, and any live ads keep running normally, because their spend is billed by Meta, not by tokens. Running out of tokens only pauses the AI features, not your advertising.

How to restore access

To get AI features back right away, you have three options: buy a one-time token pack, add recurring monthly tokens, or upgrade your plan. Any of these restores access immediately. If you prefer to wait, your allowance simply refreshes at the start of the next period.
