A guided tour of Mark

Mark is organized into a few main areas. Here is what each one does, so you always know where to go.

The main areas

  • Chat with Mark is the heart of the product. Describe goals in plain language and Mark plans, builds, and edits your ads for you.
  • Manage Ads is your control room. It lists every campaign, ad set, and ad, shows their status and key metrics, and lets you turn them on or off.
  • Creative Center is where you generate and store ad images, video, and copy. You can also upload your own media here.
  • Insights & Reports is where you track performance, dig into breakdowns, and get weekly AI reports.
  • Settings holds your plan and tokens, your connected platforms, and your business profile.

A natural first path

If you have just connected Meta, a good order is:

  1. Fill in your Business Info so Mark knows your business.
  2. Open Chat with Mark and describe your first campaign.
  3. Review what Mark built in Manage Ads, then turn it on when you are ready.
  4. Come back to Insights & Reports in a few days to see how it is doing.

You can reopen this walkthrough any time from the onboarding panel in the sidebar, so there is no pressure to remember everything on the first pass.
