Chatting with Mark

Updated Jul 5, 20261 min read

Chat is where you get things done with Mark. You do not need Meta's terminology or any technical setup. Describe your goal in your own words and Mark fills in the details, asking questions whenever it needs more from you.

Three things you can do

  • Ask a question. For example, "how are my campaigns doing this week?" Mark reads your data and answers in plain language.
  • Give an instruction. For example, "create a campaign for my summer sale." Mark plans it and shows you what it will build.
  • Refine as you go. For example, "make the budget 20 a day instead." Mark adjusts and confirms the change.

Mark confirms before acting

For anything that changes your account, Mark shows what it is about to do and waits for your go-ahead. Nothing is created or edited behind your back, and new campaigns are always built paused.

Keep projects tidy

Start a new chat for each project. Each chat keeps its own history and its own pinned context, so a conversation about your summer sale will not get mixed up with one about a new product launch.

Pin the campaigns, audiences, or Pages a chat is about, so Mark always works with the right context. The more relevant context Mark has, the better its results.
