Understand your basic insights
Updated Jul 5, 20261 min read
The insights overview is a quick pulse on how your ads are doing. It surfaces the numbers that matter most for the period you choose, so you can tell at a glance whether things are on track.
What you'll see
- Spend, meaning how much your active campaigns have used.
- Results, meaning the actions you are paying for. Depending on your objective, that could be leads, sales, or clicks.
- Cost per result, which tells you how efficiently you are getting them. Lower is better.
- Key metrics from your active campaigns, gathered in one place.
Change the period
Use the period picker to switch between this week, this month, or a custom range. All the numbers update to match, so you can compare a strong week against a slow one.
Turn numbers into decisions
The overview is where you spot trends worth acting on. If cost per result is climbing, that is a cue to review your creative or audience. If a campaign is doing well, that is a cue to consider more budget.
Want a plain-language read rather than charts? Ask Mark, for example "how did my ads do this week?" and it will summarize your insights for you.
