Connect and use a lead form

For lead campaigns, Mark can attach a lead form, which is the form people fill in without ever leaving Facebook or Instagram. Because it stays in-app, it usually converts better than sending people to an external page.

Use a lead form

  1. In a chat, open the lead forms dialog and pick the form you want, or create a new lead form for your Page.
  2. Pin it so Mark uses it for this campaign.
  3. Ask Mark to build a lead ad, and it wires the ad to your form automatically.

Good to know

Lead forms belong to a Page, so make sure the right Page is selected first. If you do not see the form you expect, it usually means a different Page is selected, or your profile lacks access to it.

Where the leads go

Leads collected through the form flow into Meta as usual, where you can access and export them. Mark handles connecting the form to the ad, and Meta handles collecting and storing the responses.

Turn on "include business info" when creating a form so it is pre-filled with your details, which saves time and keeps your forms consistent.
