Use video in your ads
Mark supports video creatives as well as images, and video often captures attention better in feeds and Stories. You can bring video into your ads in two ways.
Getting video in
- Upload your own video through the Media Center.
- Use existing Meta media you already have on the platform.
Preview any video in the built-in player before you use it, so you know exactly how it looks.
Put it in an ad
Attach the video creative to an ad set just like an image creative. Pick the ad set, the call-to-action, and the destination link, and Mark builds a paused video ad for you to review in Manage Ads.
Fit the placement
Different placements favor different shapes. Vertical video (9:16) fills Stories and Reels, while a square or 4:5 clip works well in feeds. Keep the key message in the first few seconds, since many viewers decide quickly whether to keep watching.
