Reconnect your Meta account

Updated Jul 5, 20261 min read

Sometimes Mark loses access to Meta. A token expires, or a password change drops the connection. When that happens, Mark prompts you to reconnect, and campaigns cannot be built or changed until you do. The fix is quick.

Reconnect in a few clicks

  1. Open Integrations, or follow the reconnect prompt if Mark showed one.
  2. Click Connect with Facebook and log in.
  3. Approve the permissions again.
  4. Confirm that the correct ad account is selected afterward.

After reconnecting

Your campaigns, your creatives, and your settings are all still there. Reconnecting only restores Mark's access to Meta, it does not touch your work. You can pick up exactly where you left off.

Avoiding repeat disconnects

Connections can drop after a Facebook password change or a security update. If it keeps happening, make sure you are always reconnecting with the same admin profile, and check that your access has not been revoked in your Facebook settings.

Always log in with the Facebook profile that has admin access to the ad account. A different profile will not have the permissions Mark needs, and some actions will fail even after reconnecting.
